Regular home cleaning
Weekly, every other week or monthly, whatever fits your life. Regular cleaning keeps your home consistently in shape, with no big clean-ups to worry about. The same cleaner every time means steady quality without constant instructions.
In a maintenance clean we vacuum and wash the floors, dust all surfaces, clean the kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, clean the WC and bathroom with their fixtures, wipe mirrors, handles and switches, and take out the rubbish. On request also bed linen changes, ironing, and vacuuming sofas and chairs.
Regular clients get preferred rates.
One-off cleaning
Sometimes one thorough visit is all you need: before guests, after a renovation, or when life has simply got ahead of the housework. A one-off clean gets the same care as a regular one, and you know the price up front.
It can also include cleaning the oven and fridge inside, deep-cleaning tiled walls and grouting from limescale, washing the sauna, and window washing.
A clear hourly rate
Regular home cleaning and ironing €50/h, all other home cleaning €55/h. The price includes one cleaner's work, 25.5 % VAT, travel and invoicing costs. The minimum charge is 2.5 hours, with no other fees.
Home cleaning is also eligible for the Finnish household tax credit: in 2026 it is 35 % of the labour cost, up to €1,600 per person.
Equipment and practicalities
We hope your home has a working vacuum cleaner, a mop and floor-cleaning tools. Cleaning agents and cloths we bring free of charge when needed.
On request we bring our own vacuum and floor tools (€12 per visit). The fee covers transport plus careful cleaning and disinfection of the equipment after every use.

We hope your home has a working vacuum cleaner, a mop and floor-cleaning tools. Cleaning agents and cloths we bring free of charge when needed, and we are happy to recommend suitable products. On request we also bring our own vacuum and floor tools for €12 per visit. We always use free parking where possible; if there is none, actual parking costs are added to the invoice.
Yes. Home cleaning qualifies for the Finnish household tax credit (kotitalousvahennys). In 2026 the credit is 35 % of the labour cost, with a 150 euro deductible and a maximum of 1 600 euros per person. On request we send you a yearly summary of invoices for your tax return.
