2. Personal data we process

We process the following data that you provide through the contact or quote request form: name, email address, phone number, location, service selections and message content. To protect the form from abuse, we also record the submission time, page language and IP address.

3. Purpose of processing

We use form data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, take pre-contractual steps at your request, deliver the service and manage the client relationship. Processing the IP address is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam and abuse. We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent.

4. Storage and protection

Form data is stored on a protected Hostinger server in the EU and delivered to the company by email. Quote-request records are removed from the server-side form log within 12 months. Information connected with a client relationship, contract or accounting may be retained longer where applicable law requires it. Server-log retention follows the service provider's policies.

5. Disclosure of data

Hostinger processes data as our website-hosting and email provider. The website-maintenance provider may process data only as needed to perform its duties. We use Rybbit Analytics (analyticsweb.eu) on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website; it is not used for advertising profiles. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access and correct your data, request deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is automated and based on a contract, you may also have a right to data portability. Send requests to cs@cssiivous.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Cookies

The publishing system may set a necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID). It is not used for advertising. Rybbit Analytics is configured without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising profiles without separate consent.

8. International transfers

We aim to process form data within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes technical support data outside the EEA, the transfer must use a safeguard recognised by EU data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We update this notice when our services or processing practices change. The current version and its update date are always available on this page.
